Apply today to join current Energy Corps members in helping to serve Montanans by addressing their energy conservation and assistance needs, and increase outreach for organizations doing great work in the field. We are currently hiring for four positions, they are :
- MSU Northern Advanced Fuels Center Outreach Coordinator, Havre– help expand the center’s capacity to perform research and educational outreach on biofuels and green technology for the transportation industry. The member will assist in curriculum development for a 2017 Summer Science Camp in addition to participation in educational outreach efforts including tours of the Center, biofuels learning seminars, and science fair education opportunities.
- Low Income Energy Assistance Program Coordinator, Havre– help increase accessibility to the Low Income Energy Assistance Program by engaging potentially eligible applicants through hosting and presenting educational events that are focused on energy bill assistance and weatherization programs in the state
- Low Income Energy Assistance Program Coordinator, Butte– develop and recruit a network of volunteers in the rural communities surrounding Butte so that low-income energy assistance program eligible people may apply for assistance more readily
- NCAT Energy and Resource Expert, Butte- assist in the development of energy conservation projects in buildings throughout Montana, develop case studies and present those as a way to increase awareness of the Montana Resource Efficiency Program.
